All applicants are required to properly register their projects and submit them with a government-approved building plan in the country where the project will be constructed.

All applicants are required to have the required landed property for the projects.

All such lands should have a proper registered survey belonging to the individuals or entities that own the project.

In the case of a partnership or joint venture, all the parties should apply as one entity.

Non-English-speaking applicants should hire an English-speaking person to represent and pitch their project if selected as a qualified candidate.

All applicants must have a valid international passport that is valid for at least 6 months from May to August 2025.

In the case of partnerships or joint ventureships, all top persons with significant control in the partnership/joint ventureship should have a valid international passport at least 6 months valid from May to August 2025.

A one-month review is required from us, and after that, the selected individuals or entities will be contacted and published on our website and social media.

We will provide a UK sponsored visa, accommodations, feeding and air fair to all the selected candidates.

Unselected projects will be randomly posted on our INVESTHUB® for possible crowdfunding.
